Jude Lemfani Abaga who is popularly known by his stage name as MI Abaga was born on the 4th October 1981 in Jos, Plateau State but hails from Taraba State, Nigeria. He is a Nigerian professional rapper and record producer who gained breakthrough and prominence with his track titled Crowd Mentality.

He attended his secondary school at the Baptist High School in Jos before going further to study Business and Economics at Calvin College, Michigan, US.
