Raoul John Njeng-Njeng also with his stage name Skales, was born on 1April 1991 in Kaduna State, Nigeria. He is a Hip Hop and R&B singer, songwriter and rapper. Skales signed into Empire Mates Entertainment (E.M.E) in 2009, he released hit soundtracks from the record label like "Shake body", "My baby" and "Komole".
The singer and rapper Skales, has attracted many artiste like Akon, Harmonize, Wizkid, Banky W, Jeremiah Gyang, eLDEE and many others. He left the Empire Mates Entertainment (E.M.E) and set his own official OHK Record Label in 2014. Skales in collaboration with Banky W, Wizkid, Shaydee, Niyola and DJ Xclusive on the five of his studio album's, became popular in the Nigerian Entertainment Industry.
